Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to your skincare professional. Please give 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel the same day as your appointment you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. If you are a no call no- show you will be charged a $25 fee.
Any missed appointments will be forfeited. Packages must be paid in full to get a discount. By buying these packages you agree with the terms and conditions mentioned here.
Packages over $800 can be split into equal payments.
Are you ready to book your appointment?
The best way to schedule an appointment is online. After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation. You will also receive as a courtesy one reminder the day before your appointment please confirm the appointment as instructed. You may also call (980) 287-8019 to schedule an appointment. A credit card is required for all appointments booked with a price point of over $50. Please be aware that if you cancel after the 24 hour cancellation period or do not call or do not show a fee(late cancellation, or no show fee if it applies) will be applied to your card on file. By entering your credit card information you are accepting the terms of this policy.
Running late policy
We understand that life happens. just know that guest’s time is important, so we kindly ask that you call ahead if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late and have not contacted us you will be marked as a call no show. After 2 (two) No-Show appointments you will need to call on the day you need service to see if we can accommodate your appointment on that day. Arriving late may limit the time of your service, as your service will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. Please call if you know you are going to be late and we will try to accommodate you.
Walk-ins
Although we work only by appointment there are instances where a call can give you a space that day.
May I bring someone else into a service with me?
Our policy is to allow one person( the client) in the treatment room at a time with the Esthetician. Friends, spouses, co-workers, etc are not allowed in the treatment room with the client. The only time two people are allowed in the treatment room is if the client is under 18 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent.
Arrival time
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out paperwork.
What are the age requirements for services?
The age requirements for services is 18. For guests 17 and under a parent or guardian must be present.
